Description

Frustration (from Latin "frustratio" - "deception", "failure", "vain expectation", is a common emotional response to opposition. It is related to anger, annoyance and disappointment, frustration arises from the perceived resistance to the fulfillment of an individual's will or goal and is likely to increase when a will or goal is denied or blocked. There are two types of frustration; internal and external. Internal frustration may arise from challenges in fulfilling personal goals, desires, instinctual drives and needs, or dealing with perceived deficiencies, such as a lack of confidence or fear of social situations.

The second type of frustration results from external causes that involve conditions outside the person such as physical roadblocks we encounter in life including other people and things that get in the way of our goals.
Frustration manifests itself when no expected or desired result is achieved. In the state of frustration people still struggle to get what they want, even if they do not know exactly what needs to be done to achieve success. Frustration leads to aggression, aggression leads to anxiety; and, finally, anxiety leads to protective reactions. If a person very often encounters frustration, his or her nervous system can suffer serious damage.

Frustration can result in serious abnormalities in emotional and psychic state of a person. Frustration is often associated with aggression. An act of aggression is often the result of a frustration build-up. There is a saying "Frustration begets anger and anger begets aggression."

In our life, we all have repeatedly experienced frustration from the fact that we could not achieve what we want: partner’s attention, promotion, creativity success, and so on. The list can be long. Sometimes we release frustration by breaking physical objects. A classic example is when a spouse breaks plates or other household items during a family quarrel because she cannot achieve what she would like in a relationship and so on.

We all suffer from frustration, and being able to effectively deal with frustration is a very important skill to develop. Each person needs to learn how to control frustration, so that it does not control them.

Is there a tool that can help you release frustration?

Yes, there is. We have developed a special program to fight it. Frustration leaves a very distinct imprint in our minds, scientists can even determine the degree of frustration just by looking at an electroencephalogram. Its effect on our brain is very pronounced. The secret to remove frustration is to balance the hemispheres by using special frequencies for the right and the left hemisphere (that’s why it is so important to check the polarity of headphones when working with this program).

The program has some specifics. If you'll observe the following guidelines, you can feel the program results after your very first session.

  • The use of the program will be most beneficial during the active planetary hours. To ensure the best results, you may listen to it during the first day planetary hour of your location.   • Please make sure to use stereo headphones. Do not play back this program through speakers.
  • Please make sure that the RIGHT earpiece is on your RIGHT ear, and the LEFT earpiece is on your LEFT ear. If the headphones are not positioned properly, the program will lose its effectiveness. It is critically important to observe the headphone polarity.
  • The program’s effectiveness will increase with each session until it reaches its peak, however you should maintain a schedule. For best results use it just 1 time a day. You can take every other day off, depending on your reaction. Do not listen in the background mode. Frequent uncontrolled listening, especially in the background when engaged in other activities should be avoided as it may decrease the program’s effectiveness.
  • For maximum results please use this program only in the morning or early afternoon. Do not use this program in the evening or before going to bed.
  • It's important to be well hydrated as you listen to the program. So, we recommend that you drink a glass of clear water (but no other type of liquid) shortly before the meditation.
  • Avoid any interruption as you work with the program. It could be a good idea to turn off your cell phone and any type of audible or vibratory reminder.
  • It's important to listen to the program at a modest (medium) volume. Playback at high volume will diminish the program's effectiveness. It's a good idea to listen to a short meditation fragment so that you can set the ideal volume before the start of your meditation.
  • Never work with a program while under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.
  • If you happen to fall asleep while listening to the program, don't worry. Simply deactivate the auto-repeat function on your player before the start of the session.
  • You can work with the program every day or every other day, up to 6 times per week. Moreover, "The Frustration Release" can be combined with other Advanced Mind Institute programs as long as you take a two- to four-hour break between them.
  • Be sure you're listening to the original program that you have downloaded from the Advanced Mind Institute website. We assume no responsibility for any third-party program.

How does one meditate?

Assume any position that is comfortable for you; one in which your joints and muscles aren't stressed or tensed. Such a position should be one you can maintain for a reasonable amount of time. Close your eyes, and cease your internal chatter. Within a few minutes--usually fewer than ten--your mind and body will relax. It's a pleasant sensation; an experience you will learn to recognize and seek.
