Description
This unique neuroacoustic program will help you achieve better athletic results. Please make sure that you read the instructions carefully, as your success will depend on how accurately you follow those. The program consists of two parts: the first part is a relaxing one (which lasts 15 minutes). The second part is a stimulating one (which lasts 12 minutes).
No matter whether you are a professional athlete, or you just want to improve your athletic performance this program will condition your brain to achieve better results, will take help you achieve peak performance.
How to use this program
Use this program before workout or an athletic event.
The first use: When you use this program for the first time, schedule your session 1,5-2 hours before the event.
The second time and the next 6 times: Schedule this session 60-20 minutes before the event.
The seventh time and all the next times: From the seventh time on use this session right before your athletic event.
Each time you use this program during the first 15 minutes visualize yourself preparing for your athletic event. You are relaxed and confident. When you hear the isochronic rhythm getting faster (this is the beginning of the stimulating part of the program) start visualizing yourself during the athletic event. Visualize yourself performing perfectly and maintaining control over your body all the time. You now have the confidence to outperform your competitors.
"Athletic Performance Enhancer" has special features.
The program has some specifics. If you'll observe the following guidelines, you can feel the program results after your very first session.
- Begin the program on an empty stomach or two hours before or after a meal.
- While it is preferable to use headphones, you can play it back with speakers.
- It's important to be well hydrated as you listen to the program. So, we recommend that you drink a glass of clear water (but no other type of liquid) shortly before the meditation.
- Avoid any interruption as you work with the program. It could be a good idea to turn off your cell phone and any type of audible or vibratory reminder.
- It's important to listen to the program at a modest (medium) volume. Playback at high volume will diminish the program's effectiveness. It's a good idea to listen to a short meditation fragment so that you can set the ideal volume before the start of your meditation.
- Never work with a program while under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.
- If you happen to fall asleep while listening to the program, don't worry. Simply deactivate the auto-repeat function on your player before the start of the session.
- Work with this program only before athletic event. Do not listen to it at any other time. Moreover, "Athletic Event Enhancer" can be combined with other Advanced Mind Institute programs as long as you take a two- to four-hour break between them.
- Be sure you're listening to the original program that you have downloaded from the Advanced Mind Institute website. We assume no responsibility for any third-party program.
How does one meditate?
Assume any position that is comfortable for you; one in which your joints and muscles aren't stressed or tensed. Such a position should be one you can maintain for a reasonable amount of time. Close your eyes, and cease your internal chatter. Within a few minutes--usually fewer than ten--your mind and body will relax. It's a pleasant sensation; an experience you will learn to recognize and seek.
