The program is intended for general healing, meditation, wellness, energy flow normalization. The program consists of 7 parts, each lasting 4 minutes, each part affects the corresponding energy center of the body and the associated meridians.

The Energy Therapy neuroacoustic program is based on the study, conducted at the University of California. For several months the scientists observed a group of people who practiced Tibetan bowls meditation. The study provides a scientific proof that the Tibetan bowl sounds contribute to well-being, reduce anxiety, and improve vital functions.

This program is based on the resonant frequency research, conducted by Associate Professor and Director of Music at Skidmore College, Anthony Holland. For many years, Dr. Holland conducted research, trying to find the frequency that would kill pathogenic cells.

When meditating with Delta rhythms, the body enters the state, which scientists call "desensitization", a state of deep relaxation allowing for blocks or disorders in the nervous system to be removed. If you manage to maintain this state of deep relaxation you can get rid of many blocks and psychosomatic disorders.
