Description

The Energy Therapy neuroacoustic program is based on the study, conducted at the University of California. For several months the scientists observed a group of people who practiced Tibetan bowls meditation. The study provides a scientific proof that the Tibetan bowl sounds contribute to well-being, reduce anxiety, and improve vital functions.

It is a well-known fact that stress causes physiological and mental disorders as well as many health conditions: from hypertension to gastric ulcers. Regular body energy attunement with the Tibetan bowls sound allows you to overcome stress and cope with a variety of health problems.

According to the research, after a month of meditation many participants’ health improved, their blood pressure decreased, they became calmer and more balanced, many chronic conditions improved, as well as the overall quality of life.

The scientists have also found that the sound of Tibetan bowls changes the electrical activity of the skin at acupuncture points, it increases at some points, and decreases at others. This indicates that the sound effects of Tibetan bowls strongly affect the body’s energy meridians and normalize the energy flow throughout the body.

The Energy Therapy program is based on this study. The program contains a recording of Tibetan bowls superimposed on the sound of ocean waves, modulated by theta range frequencies. The program normalizes the energy exchange in the human body, relieves stress and produces a general healing effect. After several days of meditation using this program you will see tangible results.

The program can also be played as a background through headphones or audio speakers.

The program relieves internal tension and harmonizes the ambient space. You can loop the program and listen to it for an unlimited number of times; it will work even if you passively listen to it while engaged any activity, except driving. Do not drive a vehicle or operate heavy machinery while listening to this program!

How to use the Energy Therapy program?

You can use the program both actively and passively. With active work use our standard meditation technique. You can use headphones or an audio system (speakers). When focusing on breathing, imagine how the sound of the bowl removes all tension and negativity inside, observe the negative thoughts disappear.

After the very first session you will feel relief from the negativity that has accumulated inside you. Then you’ll just need to maintain the result with regular meditation practice. As the body's energy balance is restored, energy blockages and negativity is removed, you will feel better and better every day.

The program can be compared with the ritual of purification, only here you cleanse the internal energy channels, not your body. You cleanse your consciousness, your brain and soul. As soon as all the mental garbage is removed and the energy flow in your body is restored, you’ll begin to feel better, your body’s vital functions will improve as well. This has been proven during clinical studies.

Passive listening will also have a positive effect on your mind and body. You can loop the recording and listen to it for the unlimited number of times. Soon you will notice how the ambient place became purified, this program can be used to harmonize the space where you live or work.

The program also helps normalize blood pressure and is recommended for use by hypertensive patients. This effect has been confirmed during clinical studies conducted in California.

"Energy Therapy" has special features.

  • The program has some specifics. If you'll observe the following guidelines, you can feel the program results after your very first session.

  • Begin the program on an empty stomach or two hours before or after a meal.

  • It's important to be well hydrated as you listen to the program. So, we recommend that you drink a glass of clear water (but no other type of liquid) shortly before the meditation.

  • Avoid any interruption as you work with the program. It could be a good idea to turn off your cell phone and any type of audible or vibratory reminder.

  • It's important to listen to the program at a modest (medium) volume. Playback at high volume will diminish the program's effectiveness. It's a good idea to listen to a short meditation fragment so that you can set the ideal volume before the start of your meditation.

  • Never work with a program while under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.

  • If you happen to fall asleep while listening to the program, don't worry. Simply deactivate the auto-repeat function on your player before the start of the session.

  • If you meditate before going to bed your sleep may improve.

  • You can work with the program six days a week. Moreover, "Energy Therapy" can be combined with other Advanced Mind Institute programs as long as you take a two- to four-hour break between them.

How does one meditate?

Assume any position that is comfortable for you; one in which your joints and muscles aren't stressed or tensed. Such a position should be one you can maintain for a reasonable amount of time. Close your eyes, and cease your internal chatter. Within a few minutes--usually fewer than ten--your mind and body will relax. It's a pleasant sensation; an experience you will learn to recognize and seek.
