Description
This meditation program has been made affordable, so anyone can feel himself as a part of the Universe, a part of one whole. It will help you feel detached from the bustle and limits of our world.
The "Solar System’s Rhythms" meditation is unusual. It uses sound recordings of the planets, made by NASA probes. The isochronic rhythm’s carrier frequency used in this program is 126.22Hz. What is this frequency? This is the frequency of the Sun. This frequency is important for all living creatures, from plants and protozoa to humans. During our life we get so immersed in our earthly existence that we forget that we are part of the Universe. We forget that all the atoms of our bodies once were stardust. Such a fixation on our earthly life is the cause of many problems. When tuning to the rhythms of the Sun, the rhythms of the planets of our solar system, we restore the lost connection. This favorably affects both our state of health and our consciousness. Once tuned to cosmic rhythms we begin to think more clearly, we become more aware of what is happening around us.
Can planets be heard?
Can a planet make a sound? In a sense, it can, although no planet that we know of has a sound-emitting similar to our voices. But, they do give off radiation, and that can be used to make sounds we can hear. In fact, it's quite simple. NASA's radio telescopes and probes record electromagnetic radiation emanating from planets, then this frequency is divided by a constant of 44. This method translates the electromagnetic spectrum frequency into the audible range. This meditation program comprises NASA recordings.
"The Solar System’s Rhythms" has special features.
The program has some specifics. If you'll observe the following guidelines, you can feel the program results after your very first session.
- Begin the program on an empty stomach or two hours before or after a meal.
- The use of the program will be most beneficial during the active planetary hours. To ensure the best results, you may listen to it during any active planetary hour, recommended for meditation. For help, you can use the Advanced Mind Institute planetary hour calculator.
- Headphones must be used.
- It's important to be well hydrated as you listen to the program. So, we recommend that you drink a glass of clear water (but no other type of liquid) shortly before the meditation.
- Avoid any interruption as you work with the program. It could be a good idea to turn off your cell phone and any type of audible or vibratory reminder.
- It's important to listen to the program at a modest (medium) volume. Playback at high volume will diminish the program's effectiveness. It's a good idea to listen to a short meditation fragment so that you can set the ideal volume before the start of your meditation.
- Never work with a program while under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.
- If you happen to fall asleep while listening to the program, don't worry. Simply deactivate the auto-repeat function on your player before the start of the session.
- If you meditate before going to bed your sleep may improve.
- You can work with the program six days a week. Moreover, "The Solar System’s Rhythms" can be combined with other Advanced Mind Institute programs as long as you take a two- to four-hour break between them.
- Be sure you're listening to the original program that you have downloaded from the Advanced Mind Institute website. We assume no responsibility for any third-party program.
How does one meditate?
Assume any position that is comfortable for you; one in which your joints and muscles aren't stressed or tensed. Such a position should be one you can maintain for a reasonable amount of time. Close your eyes, and cease your internal chatter. Within a few minutes--usually fewer than ten--your mind and body will relax. It's a pleasant sensation; an experience you will learn to recognize and seek.

Drink a refreshing glass of cool (but not cold) water shortly before your meditation.
