Description

This meditation is designed to stimulate Theta rhythms, it helps you get into a deep Theta State. Theta State is a state of very deep relaxation; it is used in hypnosis and during REM Sleep. The brain waves slow down to 5-7Hz. Theta rhythms dominate in all people when going to bed and during the wake-up cycle.
Theta brain waves are considered subconscious; they govern the part of our mind that lies between the conscious and the subconscious and retains memories and feelings. Theta state is characterized by deep relaxation, daydreaming, and creativity. It is believed that this mental state allows you to act below the level of your conscious mind.
Theta rhythms stimulation helps our body restore its protective functions, this technique is used by many healers in their practices.
This meditation can be used for Theta healing sessions.
Theta healing it is the technique of immersion into the state of deep relaxation, when the meditator can touch the depths of his or her subconscious, attune to health and harmony.
Scientific research has confirmed positive effects of the Theta State. Moreover, monks, healers, people who have been engaged in spiritual practices are known to have increased Theta activity.
Scientists have also noted that healers during healing sessions have much higher Theta activity in the 5-7Hz range. Theta rhythm stimulation results in improved memory, better control over emotions, it makes is easier for a person to enter the state of self-hypnosis, the dreams become brighter and more varied.
Further studies showed an improvement in intuition, creativity and self-realization. During the study, it was found that after 5 minutes of Theta rhythm stimulation, about 80% of the patients entered a mild hypnotic state. This is approximately 50% better result compared to other hypnosis inducement methods.

The present neuroacoustic meditation stimulates Theta activity, as confirmed during the studies where the mediator’s electroencephalogram was recorded while listening to this program. All subjects without exception showed increased Theta activity as they listened to this program. The program uses amplitude modulation audio technology in the 5-7Hz range to induce a deep Theta state.

What is Theta State? What takes place when you are in Theta State?

When your brain is producing theta brain waves, you will feel deeply, deeply relaxed.

"Theta Stimulation" has special features.

The program has some specifics. If you'll observe the following guidelines, you can feel the program results after your very first session.

  • Begin the program on an empty stomach or two hours before or after a meal.
  • The use of the program will be most beneficial during the active planetary hours. To ensure the best results, you may listen to it during the first day planetary hour and the second night planetary hour of your location. The first day planetary hour is the early morning time.   • Headphones must be used.
  • It's important to be well hydrated as you listen to the program. So, we recommend that you drink a glass of clear water (but no other type of liquid) shortly before the meditation.
  • Avoid any interruption as you work with the program. It could be a good idea to turn off your cell phone and any type of audible or vibratory reminder.
  • It's important to listen to the program at a modest (medium) volume. Playback at high volume will diminish the program's effectiveness. It's a good idea to listen to a short meditation fragment so that you can set the ideal volume before the start of your meditation.
  • Never work with a program while under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.
  • If you happen to fall asleep while listening to the program, don't worry. Simply deactivate the auto-repeat function on your player before the start of the session.
  • If you meditate before going to bed your sleep may improve.
  • You can work with the program six days a week. Moreover, "Theta Stimulation" can be combined with other Advanced Mind Institute programs as long as you take a two- to four-hour break between them.

How does one meditate?

Assume any position that is comfortable for you; one in which your joints and muscles aren't stressed or tensed. Such a position should be one you can maintain for a reasonable amount of time. Close your eyes and cease your internal chatter. Within a few minutes--usually fewer than ten--your mind and body will relax. It's a pleasant sensation; an experience you will learn to recognize and seek.
