Description

The "Motivator" program is based on scientific research on how beta rhythms impact the cognitive functions of our brain. It has been proved that the 16-20Hz beta rhythm stimulates mental activity and motivation. Everyone has experienced the state when something must be done, but due to the lack of desire this action is postponed until later. We call it procrastination.

How can you stimulate motivation?

It turns out that there is a way. The 17.2Hz frequency boosts motivation and your vital energy level. In addition, stimulation of the brain with this frequency also enhances your mental abilities, it becomes easier for a person to decide or execute a certain task. The “Motivator” program has been developed with this purpose in mind. It should be used when something just “does not go” or there is no energy to do what has to be done.

The program uses the 3M (triple sound modulation) technology developed at the Advanced Mind Institute. This technology makes the program subtler and more efficient. The program uses the sound of the surf, which contains a natural energy component and contributes to the relaxation while boosting the listener's energy level. The program will be beneficial to people experiencing a nervous breakdown, mood swings or for those who are in the state of depression. Daytime beta stimulation has a positive effect on sleep, which has also been proven in clinical studies. While listening to the program, you can experience a surge of heat or energy in different parts of the body, this is a completely natural process, this is how your body reacts to stimulation.

 

"Motivator" has special features.

The program has some specifics. If you'll observe the following guidelines, you can feel the program results after your very first session.

  • Begin the program on an empty stomach or two hours before or after a meal.

  • Use this program during morning or daytimes hours. Do not work with this program before going to sleep, insomnia may occur.

  • Headphones must be used. You MUST check the headphone’s polarity; the right earpiece should be on you right ear and the left earpiece should be placed on your left one. It is very important to make sure the headphone polarity is observed.

  • It's important to be well hydrated as you listen to the program. So, we recommend that you drink a glass of clear water (but no other type of liquid) shortly before the meditation.

  • Avoid any interruption as you work with the program. It could be a good idea to turn off your cell phone and any type of audible or vibratory reminder.

  • You can use this program as meditation and play it in the background when, let’s say, working on a computer. When used as a meditation you will achieve better results.

  • You can repeat this program two times. After the double session it is advisable to take a 1 to 2 hours break.

  • It's important to listen to the program at a modest (medium) volume. Playback at high volume will diminish the program's effectiveness. It's a good idea to listen to a short meditation fragment so that you can set the ideal volume before the start of your meditation.

  • Never work with a program while under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.

  • If you happen to fall asleep while listening to the program, don't worry. Simply deactivate the auto-repeat function on your player before the start of the session.

  • You can work with the program six days a week. Moreover, "Motivator" can be combined with other Advanced Mind Institute programs as long as you take a two- to four-hour break between them.

How does one meditate?

Assume any position that is comfortable for you; one in which your joints and muscles aren't stressed or tensed. Such a position should be one you can maintain for a reasonable amount of time. Close your eyes, and cease your internal chatter. Within a few minutes--usually fewer than ten--your mind and body will relax. It's a pleasant sensation; an experience you will learn to recognize and seek.
