Description

Many people interested in the bioresonance therapy know that one of the most powerful energy-healing techniques is Theta Healing. Theta Healing is a process of meditation that creates physical and spiritual healing using Theta brainwaves. Theta Haling is a meditation technique for improvement and evolvement of mind, body and spirit.

However, few people know that there is an even deeper level, namely Delta Healing. It is a scientific fact that Delta waves accelerate healing and relieve insomnia.

Delta Healing uses extremely low frequencies from 0 to 4Hz and allows for solving many problems that hide in our subconsciousness.

Delta Healing starts when a meditator enters the state of a very deep relaxation and his or her brainwaves slow down to 4-0Hz. Delta waves are the slowest of all five brainwave frequencies and range between 0-4 Hz. Slow wave sleep is the deepest of all sleep states and it plays a vital role in health and wellbeing. During this phase of the sleep cycle, the brain begins producing very slow, large Delta waves. Delta waves trigger the release of Human Growth Hormone, making deep sleep essential for healing and regeneration. When we tune in to Delta rhythms, we remove a lot of stress-inducing states such as anxiety, fear, phobias, aggression, and a variety of psychosomatic disorders, associated with a certain illness or disease. The cause of many diseases and disorders are hidden in our nervous system. They manifest at the physical level as hypertension, shortness of breath, asthma, irritable bowel syndrome and so on. When the anxiety causing a certain disorder is eliminated, we suddenly find out that the disease or illness that tormented us for a long time has disappeared. Unlike chemicals and medications, which only alleviate the symptoms of a disease, Delta Healing aims at its cause. This method has no side effects, there are no allergies to worry about. This method is based on the systematic desensitization, developed by a South African psychiatrist, Joseph Wolpe.
When meditating with Delta rhythms, the body enters the state, which scientists call "desensitization", a state of deep relaxation allowing for blocks or disorders in the nervous system to be removed. If you manage to maintain this state of deep relaxation you can get rid of many blocks and psychosomatic disorders. From the psychological point of view, deep muscular relaxation causes parasympathetic reaction of the nervous system, which suppresses the sympathetic reaction associated with stress and anxiety.

The Method

During the Delta Healing process, the parasympathetic nervous system is stimulated. It erases the effects of stress or a psychological trauma, which you can carry from your early childhood. We all carry a “baggage” of emotions we experienced before the age of 12 during our entire lifetime and they produce a deep impact on our adulthood. These hidden, subconscious emotions influence the partner we choose, the style of clothes we prefer, the subjects we study, and so on. The Delta Healing technique in fact combines psychology and physiology. There is absolutely no mysticism here: all you need is to enter the state of deep relaxation and you will gain more control over your mind and body, remove the blocks or stress that was haunting you for years.

How to use the Delta Healing program?

Let’s face it: it is no easy task to enter a deep Delta state, especially for a person who has no experience in meditation. However, there is a trick that will help you. It is beneficial to work with Delta rhythms during late evening or night hours, when the brain activity is naturally reduced. If during the daytime hours you wish to enter the Delta state, you will need to commit 100% of your mental resources, however at 11 PM you would need only 20%. You can work with the Delta Healing program at any time of the day, but it would work best during late evening or night hours. When working with Delta rhythms it is very important to keep your eyes closed as this reduces the load on your brain, facilitates the induction of the Delta state. The Delta rhythm stimulation will help you normalize sleep, speed up recovery. Therefore, try working with this program an hour or two before bedtime. If you fall asleep during your meditation session there is nothing to worry about. This means that your brain has received its share of relaxation. Feel free to use headphones or a high-quality audio system. The program uses Dolby Surround Sound 5.1. When using an audio system try to sit in the place equidistant from the speakers, the effect of the program will be stronger. The reason you should be equidistant from the speakers is that you want the sound from each speaker to reach your ears at exactly the same time.

 

"Delta Healing" has special features.

The program has some specifics. If you'll observe the following guidelines, you can feel the program results after your very first session.

  • Begin the program on an empty stomach or two hours before or after a meal.
  • The use of the program will be most beneficial during the active planetary hours. To ensure the best results, you may listen to it during the first day planetary hour and the second night planetary hour of your location. The first day planetary hour is the early morning time.   • Use headphones or speakers.
  • It's important to be well hydrated as you listen to the program. So, we recommend that you drink a glass of clear water (but no other type of liquid) shortly before the meditation.
  • Avoid any interruption as you work with the program. It could be a good idea to turn off your cell phone and any type of audible or vibratory reminder.
  • It's important to listen to the program at a modest (medium) volume. Playback at high volume will diminish the program's effectiveness. It's a good idea to listen to a short meditation fragment so that you can set the ideal volume before the start of your meditation.
  • Never work with a program while under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.
  • If you happen to fall asleep while listening to the program, don't worry. Simply deactivate the auto-repeat function on your player before the start of the session.
  • If you meditate before going to bed your sleep may improve.
  • You can work with the program six days a week. Moreover, "Delta Healing" can be combined with other Advanced Mind Institute programs as long as you take a two- to four-hour break between them.

How does one meditate?

Assume any position that is comfortable for you; one in which your joints and muscles aren't stressed or tensed. Such a position should be one you can maintain for a reasonable amount of time. Close your eyes, and cease your internal chatter. Within a few minutes--usually fewer than ten--your mind and body will relax. It's a pleasant sensation; an experience you will learn to recognize and seek.
