The average adult male is about 60% water. Life on Earth originated in water, we are all connected with water in both direct and metaphysical terms. Water vibration is extremely important for the normal functioning of our body and mind. "The Dolphin Song" meditation program is designed to strengthen our connection with water. It will make water, we consist of, resonate inside our body. This meditation contains specially processed dolphin sounds. It looks like subconsciously, we can hear and interpret them, they appeal to the depths of our subconscious. In addition, this meditation uses frequencies that contribute to water structuring at the molecular level. We live in a technologically developed world and many of our connections with nature have been lost. This results in diseases, depression, physical and emotional exhaustion. Restoring the connection with water means strengthening both our consciousness and physical body.
It is a theta-meditation. It is known that theta rhythms contribute to healing, and this meditation "works" in this particular frequency range. It uses 111Hz carrier frequency, which helps normalize the hormonal background, stimulates the production of beta-endorphins. The recordings of dolphin sounds are meant for our subconscious, as it can understand and interpret them.

The program has some specifics. If you'll observe the following guidelines, you can feel the program results after your very first session.
- Begin the program on an empty stomach or two hours before or after a meal.

- Headphones must be used.
- It's important to be well hydrated as you listen to the program. So, we recommend that you drink a glass of clear water (but no other type of liquid) shortly before the meditation.
- Avoid any interruption as you work with the program. It could be a good idea to turn off your cell phone and any type of audible or vibratory reminder.
- It's important to listen to the program at a modest (medium) volume. Playback at high volume will diminish the program's effectiveness. It's a good idea to listen to a short meditation fragment so that you can set the ideal volume before the start of your meditation.
- Never work with a program while under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.
- If you happen to fall asleep while listening to the program, don't worry. Simply deactivate the auto-repeat function on your player before the start of the session.
- If you meditate before going to bed your sleep may improve.
- You can work with the program six days a week. Moreover, "The Dolphin Song" can be combined with other Advanced Mind Institute programs as long as you take a two- to four-hour break between them.

How does one meditate?
Assume any position that is comfortable for you; one in which your joints and muscles aren't stressed or tensed. Such a position should be one you can maintain for a reasonable amount of time. Close your eyes, and cease your internal chatter. Within a few minutes--usually fewer than ten--your mind and body will relax.
