Description
This program uses frequencies that stimulate the natural production of human growth hormone (somatotropin). These frequencies have been known for a long time. The program uses 528Hz frequency in combination with 111Hz. These frequencies stimulate the production of beta-endorphins and human growth hormone (somatotropin). The frequency of 528 Hz also strengths the immune system. The isochronic rhythm frequency is 1.08Hz. It stimulates relaxation and restores the body's defenses.

You will need to meditate once or twice a per day, the best listening time for this program is evening hours, but not immediately before going to sleep.
After a few weeks of working with this program, you will feel its effect. As the natural growth of the human growth hormone increases, your body will begin to rejuvenate. If you pay attention to your skin you will see how it will become more elastic, smooth and healthy. The same will happen with your internal organs.

The program has some specifics. If you'll observe the following guidelines, you can feel the program results after your very first session.
- Begin the program on an empty stomach or two hours before or after a meal.

- Headphones must be used.
- It's important to be well hydrated as you listen to the program. So, we recommend that you drink a glass of clear water (but no other type of liquid) shortly before the meditation.
- Avoid any interruption as you work with the program. It could be a good idea to turn off your cell phone and any type of audible or vibratory reminder.
- It's important to listen to the program at a modest (medium) volume. Playback at high volume will diminish the program's effectiveness. It's a good idea to listen to a short meditation fragment so that you can set the ideal volume before the start of your meditation.
- Never work with a program while under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.
- If you happen to fall asleep while listening to the program, don't worry. Simply deactivate the auto-repeat function on your player before the start of the session.
- You can work with the program six days a week. Moreover, "Rejuvenation" can be combined with other Advanced Mind Institute programs as long as you take a two- to four-hour break between them.

How does one meditate?
Assume any position that is comfortable for you; one in which your joints and muscles aren't stressed or tensed. Such a position should be one you can maintain for a reasonable amount of time. Close your eyes, and cease your internal chatter. Within a few minutes--usually fewer than ten--your mind and body will relax.
