Neuroplasticity, also known as brain plasticity or neural plasticity, is an umbrella term that describes lasting change to the brain throughout an individual's life course. The term gained prominence in the latter half of the 20th century, when new research showed that many aspects of the brain can be altered (or are "plastic") even into adulthood.

"The Neuroplasticity Enhancer" program allows to enhance your brain patterns. If in a normal person the brainwave rhythms range is somewhat narrow, it will increase after a course of neuroplasticity stimulation sessions. You will see positive results in just a few weeks: your cognitive abilities will improve; the number of new neural connections will increase. You will see how your perception changes: stereotypes will break; your thinking will become more unconventional. It should be noted that each person will experience his or her own effects, which no one can predict. You might be able to get rid of bad habits, forget about what depression, bad mood, chronic disease is. After a course of neuroplasticity stimulation sessions, you might be able to achieve better sports results, or your creativity will get a significant boost. The results are strictly individual: as there are no two identical people, so there will be no two identical results.

How It Works

"The Neuroplasticity Enhancer" program comprises three meditations. The first meditation (“Excite”) increases the brainwave frequency from 8Hz up to 44Hz, from alpha- all the way to gamma-level. The second meditation (“Maintain”) helps the brain to maintain a broader brainwave frequency range. The third meditation (“Inhibit”) slows the brainwave frequency from 44Hz down to 8Hz, from gamma- to alpha-level.
All these three meditations are in fact a “gym” for your brain. They teach it to use a much broader brainwave frequency range to solve the tasks you face in your everyday life. A person who has completed a neuroplasticity stimulation course will have superior cognitive abilities than people, who do not train their brains. In just a few weeks you will understand what this means.

How to Use This Program

This program is different from all other meditations that you may have tried before. Follow the instructions as closely as possible to get the best results.

  1. On your first week start with the "Excite" session. During your first week listen to it ONLY ONCE. Early morning or day hours are preferred, schedule your session before 2PM.
  2. On the next day after the “Excite” session take a break and do not work with any other neuroplasticity meditations. You can still meditate and use other programs if you like.
  3. On the third day schedule the “Maintain” session. Use this program every day for the next three days, once a day. As with the “Excite” session morning and early day hours are the best.
  4. On the sixth day take a break and do not work with any neuroplasticity meditation program.
  5. On the seventh day (exactly a week later) start the "Inhibit" session. It is recommended that you schedule your session for the second part of the day, from noon to 8PM, not later.
  6. On the next day after the "Inhibit" session take a break and do not work with any other meditation program.
  7. On the next day after the break schedule the "Maintain" session and work with it every day until the sixth day.
  8. On the sixth day take a break and do not work with any meditation program.
  9. On the seventh day schedule the "Excite" session, preferably during morning or early day hours, not later than 2PM.
The cycle has been completed. The first cycle takes two weeks, on your first week use the "Excite" session (once a week) + “Maintain” sessions. On the next week use the "Inhibit" program (once a week) + “Maintain” sessions during all the days in between. Remember to take a day off before and after the “Excite” or “Inhibit” session. After six weeks take a one to two week break, then you can resume working with this program.

"The Neuroplasticity Enhancer" has special features.

The program has some specifics. If you'll observe the following guidelines, you can feel the program results after your very first session.
  • Begin the program on an empty stomach or two hours before or after a meal.
  • Headphones must be used.
  • It's important to be well hydrated as you listen to the program. So, we recommend that you drink a glass of clear water (but no other type of liquid) shortly before the meditation.
  • Avoid any interruption as you work with the program. It could be a good idea to turn off your cell phone and any type of audible or vibratory reminder.
  • It's important to listen to the program at a modest (medium) volume. Playback at high volume will diminish the program's effectiveness. It's a good idea to listen to a short meditation fragment so that you can set the ideal volume before the start of your meditation.
  • Never work with a program while under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.
  • If you happen to fall asleep while listening to the program, don't worry. Simply deactivate the auto-repeat function on your player before the start of the session.
  • Be sure you're listening to the original program that you have downloaded from the Advanced Mind Institute website. We assume no responsibility for any third-party program.

How does one meditate?

Assume any position that is comfortable for you; one in which your joints and muscles aren't stressed or tensed. Such a position should be one you can maintain for a reasonable amount of time. Close your eyes, and cease your internal chatter. Within a few minutes--usually fewer than ten--your mind and body will relax. It's a pleasant sensation; an experience you will learn to recognize and seek.
